I have been making cakes for the last 8 years and I
have gathered a lot of experience in that time.
My first interest in cakes was
aroused when I would visit my grannys house on the Seafront in Wicklow where in
that small kitchen, there would be several aunties mixing cakes, icing cakes and
the aroma of almond icing and spices would permeate the air.
So I feel its almost incumbent of
me to continue that legacy and provide cakes made to the highest possible
standards.

I am a chef manager working in the industry for the last 11 years.I trained in
Cathal Brugha Street, College of Catering, D.I.T. practical experience working in
the Doyle Montrose and the Dolyle Berkley Court.
I also have completed a certificate in baking which was completed in the School
of Baking, Kevin Street, DIT.
